Unit 3 Blog- My wellbeing as a whole and how I maintain it!

Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why?Distractions and Self Evaluations are a hard topic for me because I am always distracted by my busy life by family hardships and work. I could truly use more spiritual enlightenment because my spirits have truly been low. I seem to always find time to workout and eat properly, but that's all! everything else is mentally forgotten. On  Physical wellbeing an A - My physical well-being is in “excellent ” status, due to the fact that I keep a healthy diet of organic fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and mostly Mediterranean diet. I also attend exercise classes 7 days a week. (scale TOTAL 10) Spiritual well-being a -C . My spiritual well-being is just okay, due to the fact that I must have more faith in my self and god. Incorporate about 1 hour throughout the week for prayer and meditation (a” one on one” talk with God and a meditational listening.)(scale TOTAL 6) Psychological - B- My psychological well-being, would be at the “good” stage, due to the fact that I try to take mental breaks throughout the day to help sort, relax, and inspire my mind.(scale TOTAL 9) My goal is to become 100% in all three areas by incorporating yoga, sitting meditation and communication. I must make time to attend church and read my bible also; this helps me keep the faith. Physical is at a level 10 because I make time in my life for exercise. I could improve my mental processes by loving, understand, and excepting peoples behaviors. It helps to find the good in everyone.
